RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There may be different procedures for exchanging, returning items or cancelling an order.
a) Exchanges: when one item is replaced with another.
b) Returns: caused by an item being faulty, showing a defect, or incorrect item received.
c) Cancellation: voluntary renounce of an order for any reason.
All items to be exchanged or returned must be properly packaged.

RETURNS

Returns must be executed within 14 days since the date the order was delivered to the customer to the following address:

Returns due to fault or defect: Returns are free of charge for the customer. In any other situation the cost of shipping items back to Jellymoon is payable by the customer.The refund of the product will be made within 3 and 12 days since the ítem has been received in Jellymoon via the same method used for payment Jellymoon will hold the refund until items have been received.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be executed within 14 calendar days since the date the order was delivered to the customer.

In the case of change of colour, model or any other different from fault or defect, the cost of the shipping is payable by the customer.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days after you received the order.
The cost of shipping items back to Jellymoon is payable by the customer. Jellymoon shall refund the customer the corresponding amount within 14 calendar days since the date it was informed of the cancellation request.
